My guest today is Austin Tomaiko - a former enlisted infantryman in the United States Army National Guard, a college classmate of mine, and a talented, disciplined, and professional commercial real estate broker. It’s a rarity for Austin to not be one of, if not, the hardest workers in a room. I’m eager to share with y’all some of his insights.

Austin and I discuss lessons that he learned whilst serving in the national guard, how he managed a full university workload, a job, service in the national guard, and a social life at the same time, what drives him today, why he wakes up at 4:00am, why suffering is an opportunity, the importance of prioritizing and executing, what it means to master the art of discipline and and a whole lot more.
